Workshops

The conference will include different offerings (described below) to assist you in gaining new insights and knowledge in your particular area of management expertise or interest. 

  • MANAGEMENT TRAINING INSTITUTES  - Monday
    note: pre-registration and separate fee required
    6 hours each (“all day”) 19 sessions offered in total
    Immerses participants in selected subject matter at a deeper, detailed level for maximum impact—a “301 level” offering  
  • AWARENESS BUILDING WORKSHOPS – Tuesday and Wednesday
    75 minutes each; 20 workshops offered in total
    Provides an initial overview/ orientation to participants seeking introductory knowledge—a “101 level” offering 
  • SKILL BUILDING WORKSHOPS – Tuesday and Wednesday
    2 hours each; 20 workshops offered in total
    Gives participants transferable principles, application tools, and case studies to utilize a particular skill—a “201 level” offering 
  • PEER NETWORKING LABS – Tuesday and Wednesday
    75 minutes each; 23 networking labs offered in total
    Provides participants a chance to network with others with shared job descriptions using a facilitated/roundtable discussion format
